Compassionate Conservatism Party-CCP. Our Core Beliefs on The Promise And Potential For Kenya And Africa in The Upcoming August 2022 General Election.

We have formed the Compassionate Conservatism Party-CCP. We will fill all positions up and down the ballot. From Presidential to Member of County Assembly- MCA in the KENYAN August 2022 General Election.

NOTE: WE SEEK TO RETURN KENYA NOT TO 1964 WHEN KENYA BECAME A REPUBLIC, BUT TO 1884, BEFORE KENYA BECAME A BRITISH PROTECTORATE. WHEN OUR COLLECTIVISM WAS IN THE VILLAGE. WHEN OUR LIVES REVOLVED AROUND THE VILLAGE. WHEN LIKES OF CHIEF KOINANGE, CHIEF WAIYAKI WA HINGA, CHIEF KOITALEL ARAP SAMOEI, KING NABONGO MUMIA, CHIEF GOR MAHIA AND LUANDA MAGERE, CHIEF NYANDUSI, PROPHETESS SYOKIMAU, PROPHET ELIJAH MWANGALE. THAT MEANS WE ENVISION NAIROBI REMAINING WITH ONLY 400,000 PEOPLE, MORE COMPARABLE TO GABORONE, BOTSWANA.

FIXING THE LEADERSHIP VACUUM IN AFRICA.

The Democratic Republic of Congo, located in Central Africa, sits on a mineral worth of $30 Trillion Dollars, the CIA Fact Book Claims. That is one country alone. You haven't added Nigeria's and Angola's oil, South Africa and Botswana gold and diamonds. The millions of college and university graduates that are raring to go.

So, ultimately, Africa is the sick child of the world because of a failure of leadership, not a lack of resources. Africa is the most unstable continent politically. It is home to the most number of military coups. It leads in the number of Presidents that have ruled for over thirty years. It leads in the number of election frauds. It leads in high level billion dollars corruption.

In fact, because of capital flight as a result of billion dollars corruption, Africa is a net donor to the world, not a net recepient in terms of aid.

The question is then how do we fix African leadership?  One is to have a leadership model that works. The people who are supposed to lead Africa are the underclass. The people who are supposed to be led are the leaders. In words of Prof. PLO Lumumba, those in power have no ideas, while those with ideas have no power. And that's the tragedy of Africa and why things are the way they are.

I assure you that Kenyan politics is a graveyard for an intellectual. Our tribes are supposed to be liberal left and conservative right or centrist for the moderates but these are alien terms to both the Kenyan voter and the Kenyan big man politician as well. I will see to it that this long running Kenyan and by extension African joke ends by whatever means necessary.

As the COMPASSIONATE CONSERVATISM Party- CCP, we believe in tackling Inequalities between individuals rather than Inequalities between tribes, ethnicities, racial groups, or countries.

For while the creative genius entrepreneur has to be rewarded for their talent, risk, and business acumen, and innovation, their rewards must not be at the expense of society.( The United States for instance.). There are some public goods which billionares enjoy that makes them successful, and this is incalculable and a huge factor to their success.

That's why we believe in Compassionate Conservatism. (Capitalism with a Human Face.). That makes us a Center Right Party.

MY JOURNEY SO FAR.

KENYA 9TH AUGUST 2022 PRESIDENTIAL  CANDIDATE.

PARTY: COMPASSIONATE CONSERVATISM PARTY-CCP. (CAPITALISM WITH A HUMAN FACE).

KONI COLLINS OKANGO MABINDA.

WELCOMING MESSAGE.

My fascination with leadership and entrepreneurship began way back in 1995, in Lessos Primary School Standard Five at age eleven, where I planted sukuma wiki(kales) in a half acre farm in our family Bidii 20 acre farm. I was fascinated by the paltry $30 I made over three months(about $300 today), but back then there were no Jambo junior savings accounts, so, I didn't put that money to quite good use. But my thirst for entrepreneurship had been lit up.

In undergraduate in 2006, I created elimu.biz which was a career and industry portal for Kenyan students.

Upon graduation, I launched elimu news magazine which didn't take off.

Then, I began at the bottom $1 dollar per 500 word article writing at Freelancer.com, then moving to $5 per 500 word per article at Elance, now upwork.com, before launching Kenyan campus blog a career advisory blog for Kenyans. And then thanks to a helping hand from one Wycliffe Muga, I was the Weekend Columnist where I opined on the intersection between Governance, Business, Education, Careers, and Technology.

I also helped in choosing cover designs for the Harvard Business Review magazine, back in 2013 when I was among the most frequent readers of the Harvard Business Review in the world, that is before HBR adopted a paid subscription model.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from JKUAT University (Class of 2009), and for my high school went to the good old Nairobi School "Patch" (Class of 2002), which incidentally in the colonial days was a British middle class whites only school, and was known as "Prince of Wales School" and was supposed to make as Europeanised African per Excellence in the mould of Charles Njonjo.

I don't know if I have turned out to be an apologist of the British Empire that is for you to judge. That could also be the case with our frenemies Lenana School but I hope we have impacted Kenya, Africa, and the world well and have not turned out to be just elitists.

And then I attended Lessos Primary school (Class of 1998), a school started by the likes of Arap Chumo, Arap Korir, Birir, Mayor Singoe, Birir, Busienei and I hope the graduates of the school have fulfilled the ideals of these founders in impacting the world. The teachers of the school like Rebecca Kariuki, Mike Wafula, Musa Makworo (Viboko ishirini kwa siku, twenty strokes of the cane per day), Ndarah, did some amazing work.

I blog from Bidii Farm Kitale, Kenya. And this blog is dedicated to my late father Livingston Anapapa Okango, a High School Math, Physics, Sports, and Drama Teacher at Kitale Day, Now St. Anthony, and also taught privately after class to both Africans and Indian immigrants to Kitale, but who also dabbled in business that made us afford not just a Kenyan, but an American upper middle class life, and always ended the family meetings with the maxim, "Always Remember That Propensity To Save And Propensity To Invest Compounds Wealth Immeasurably".

My father told us, times without number, there are only two ways to get money from someone. Either put a gun on someone's head, or sell them something. He chose to sell something and he sold so many things, samosas, bricks which made millions for me to attend Nairobi School, bottled water, shop, dairy farming, chicken farming, green house farming et al. I know this sounds weird and unbelievable, but remember good news doesn't sell in Africa. But I can assure you the underclass in Africa is thriving. They represent the best in Africa. Once the gangsters politicians took over the leadership in Africa, the rest of the people like my father simply went under and continued carrying Africa on their shoulders.

And my late mother, Consolata Naburuk,an English teacher, who sadly divorced with my father my just as I was born where I went to live with her in Matili, Bungoma, in the Naburuk family who coincidentally my grandfather Ayubu Nauburuk was half brother who raised the most principled Kenyan Politician never to have been President Masinde Muliro.

I returned to Bidii Farm, Kitale, Kenya, at age six to live with my father since in the larger Luhya culture a child always belongs to the father which I think should be disabused but that is a story for another day.

In Bidii Farm Kitale Kenya I was raised by my step mother Judith Nyaleso Okango who has shown that there are women out here who can raise children that are not their own in the most caring way that you wouldn't know.

I owe a lot to her, although sadly, my sister never recovered from the divorce of my father and biological mother and so, I have seen intrigues o an African polygamous family on a first hand basis and I don't need to attend a Harvard course on Conflict Resolution for I am well adept at it.

And to the fourteen founders of Bidii Farm, Kitale, all now departed, such as Christopher Odari, Henry Pius Wafula, Aradi, Wakhungu, you have shown me how to build a community from scratch to the nearly a thousand people community it is today.

Goal is to have a four tiered class system but all of them cyclic and relatable, ensuring equality of opportunity makes one to be able to navigate to any class they wish to aspire for. The four classes should be as follows:

a) Rich production class- Creative Genius Entrepreneurs- Networth of $7 billion dollars per member. Goal is to reward the creative genius entrepreneurs of Kenya, but to know they are only as great as the Kenyan society. Reward enough for risk and innovation, but buffer enough to know you can never put a worth on teachers, doctors, police that ensure a productive, and sustainable society.

b). Upper middle class managerial elite- This are the most productive members of our society. Reward them for talent up to salary of Kshs.420,000 per month through taxation, legalities, and such like measures.

c). Middle class- These are the middle cadre workers that do all the grind hard work. Cap their salaries at kshs.250,000 per month.

d) Lower Middle class- These are the less productive, but hugely important workforce and may also include almost all public servants whom you can't put a worth to but yet are hugely beneficial to society. In essence, I hope by my end of service as President, I will have lifted the lowest earning Kenyan to Kshs.70,000 per month.

In short, I want everyone to know Kenya is great but yet no outsider should know of a single great Kenyan because outliers will be rewarded yes, but not at expense of society. More like Canada wealth model.

Scandinavian Nordic European countries are great societies, but yet are stifling to the creative genius entrepreneurs and often want to chop off their head creating an equilibrium that's bent towards the society and may be even freeloaders.

On the other hand, America is the entrepreneurs classical paradise, but yet, it is highly detrimental to society well being as the outlier entrepreneurs pull so far ahead of society, yet society also contributed to their success just as much if not more than their risk credence and entrepreneural acumen.

So, Kenya, and ultimately the world needs a sweet spot between the societal paradise of European Nordic Scandinavian countries and the entrepreneural paradise of America to which I think Canada, and lately Australia fit that maxim.

Compassionate Conservatism. (Capitalism With a Human Face) ideology simply asks, "What's The Sweet Spot Between Those Who Believe Behind Every Great Fortune is a Great Crime and Those Who Believe Creative Genius Entrepreneurs are a shrinking lot throughout the world and must be rewarded accordingly?"Even Infinite Quadrillions? Note: We Only Tackle Wealth Inequalities Between individuals. Not wealth inequalities between tribes, ethnicity, race, regions, or countries.

So, Kenya, and ultimately the world needs a sweet spot between the societal paradise of European Nordic Scandinavian countries and the entrepreneural paradise of America. I think Canada, and lately Australia fit that maxim.

UNDERSTANDING ORIGINAL FREEMASONRY VERSUS TODAY'S FAKE FREEMASONRY.

I know I will get a lot of slack for this, but I would say that original Freemasonry was about understanding the mysteries of the universe, it wasnt meant for people to acquire money and become powerful and wealthy like today's Freeamsonry, which I call the fake one, has turned out to be. Original Freemasonry resembled more closely the American College Sororities and Fraternities. And the last original Freemason was Republican 1909 US President Theodora Roosevelt, who incidentally was the first US President to visit Africa in 1909, a kind of pilgrimage journey to where it all began if you ask me. I attended all schools where he had visited, Lessos Primary School, Kitale, Nairobi School, then JKUAT UNIVERSITY in Juja Kenya. SO, it's safe to say through soul travel, Theodora Roosevelt soul remained in Africa, and found a true champion in me, given that I'm unashamedly Republican, in the deeply tribal shark infested Kenyan political waters. And also, I view America as a kind of a normalised hood, not a metaphorical place that I should immigrate to, and that's why my view of America is a top down inside out, not outside in.

Soul travel is a huge topic on it's own, and is a space time continum construct that goes back to Trillions of years all the way up to 113 Quadrillion years ago when the North Gate met the South Gate, which was the original sex, to birth Ra, the progenitor of all Midas Touch people of the world, who touch anything and it turns to gold, since essentially they were made from gold dust, the so called biblical metaphor, "From dust to dust'. And essentially, the whole wealth created when the North Gate met with South Gate to birth Ra would be $113 Quadrillion dollars, so, even these guys that are worth $500 trillion dollars and say Bill Gates is a pauper to us, I would also put it to them that they are paupers as far as the total wealth of the universe is, and that the earth is but one small corner of the universe, a small dot in the infinite universal wealth.

So, back to us earthly beings, once the last original Freemason in Theodora Roosevelt Departed the scene, the Federal Reserve Bank, more powerful than the American President, was set up in 1913. And the wipe out of America by a vicious and invisible enemy, began.

And I will give some mysteries of the universe perhaps which you may not be familiar with. The world famous Stanford University, where my application was rejected, was founded by rail magnates Leland and Jane Stanford in the "Farm". And Stanford architecture if you look closely resembles an overglorified railway station. And so, it's safe to say that the nearly $20 billion dollars of endowment fund of Stanford is the reason why efficient rail transport disappeared in America.

As the above Stanford University images show, it is  an overglorified railway station, meaning Stanford's $20 billion endowment fund has eaten up all the wealth of American railway network. Unravelling such mysteries of the universe was what ancient Freemasonry was about. Not today's get rich quick secret society.

And then here is another mystery. Andrew Carnegie was a steel magnate who made enormous wealth, he, Henry Ford of Ford automobiles, and Rockefeller of oil had a combined wealth of $400 billion dollars by today's value. But this wealth came as a result of destruction of the environment. It destroyed the ozone layer of the earth in unimaginable ways. But Andrew Carnergie was also a philanthropist, and founded Carnegie Mellon University, which apparently, leads the world in "Computer Network Security", a kind of encryption. And ozone layer getting destroyed is a kind of encryption, So, Andrew Carnegie destroying the ozone layer came back as his university, Carnegie Mellon University leading the world in another kind of encryption, "Computer Network Security". And I can surmise that all the wealth of Computer Network Security industry is wealth lost as a result of the destruction of the ozone layer.

And then another mystery. Only about five countries in the world aren't corporations yet. Meaning it's large businesses, and not the people that determine the course of a country, not the President of a country. My country Kenya turned to a corporation in 1998, when I would suggest, the angel of providence was chased away.

For the angel of providence ensures you are poor yes, which torments the body somewhat, but that you don't lack, which torments both the body and the soul. On August 7 1998, a bomb was placed on the "Ufundi" Corperative House, which was symbolic of the collectivism of the Kenyans at the time. 12 Americans in adjacent American building died, and 258 Kenyans also died. Thus, Kenya was turned from a society to a corporation on that fateful day, and there is nothing a President can do on such occassions, it's why original Freemasonry has also shadow Presidents in every country of the world to try and slavage something for the progenitors of the angel of providence from the harm of the corporation that promises to squeeze humanity to the last pint of blood for the last and final conquest of the world, a so called New World Order. So, Kenyan President Daniel Arap Moi lost the election on August 7 1998, and not in 2002, for if your country is turned into a corporation, elections are mere coronations.

And note the target of that terrorist bombing. "UFUNDI" CORPERATIVE HOUSE". UFUNDI is Kiswahili word for skill, or apprenticeship. And from that day, the CEO salary in Kenya shot up from 420,000 shillings ($4,200 a month), to 20 million shillings a month ($200,000 a month) for the big companies, the new rulers of Kenya. And the skilled person, "Ufundi", descended from poverty that torments the body to lack that torments both the body and the soul.

And then back to the US, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, MIT, was the flagship apprentice Institution of the United States, and I think it was set up by one of the last members of the original Freemasonry in 1861. But when it lost the apprenticeship to good old Stanford University, it's soul escaped to the Japanese Company, and that's why Japanese appliances are so beautifully designed. Stanford then took over and the ten employee no revenue start up was valued at a billion dollars essentially stealing money from the real economy.

I think the soul of John Harvard escaped to the Harvard Business Review, allowing family run businesses to get business advice to provide the providence that was lost when applying to Harvard became, well, because it's Harvard. The soul of Elihu Yale might have escaped to the small town Uber private colleges like William or Duke or the Seven Sister Colleges like Smith and these days, they, and not the Ivy League, are the ones educating America's most passionate students.

For admission to Ivy League is now more like the famed debacle of 2016 CNN poll of polls giving the flat Hillary Clinton a false lead. Same way Ivy League now have rounded students in everything, but not geniuses in one particular thing, as American scholar William Deresiewicz argues so eloquently in his hard hitting essay, "Disadvantages of elite Education", American Ivy League students don't appear all that geeky anymore. Perhaps, it's time the American Ivy League Universities reverted to pure academic ranking like Oxbridge in UK since trying to fill a rounded class of Chess player grandmaster and High School Class President is like comparing apples and oranges.

In politics, ever since 1913, the election of a US President has been more of a big brother eviction party than an ascendence of a leader. It has been about the departure of a certain class of a leader from the American society, and that is how America has declined without ever a single shot being fired. For instance, the election of Coolidge in 1928 was the disappearance of the community college and local artisan skills lost to the state university. Which lost to the Ivy League in 1975, and in 1992, all the Ivy Leagues have lost out to Harvard, and at each successive turn, a wiping out of trillions of dollars.

So, these are just some mysteries of the original Freemasonry I have given you to show you it is so different from today's fake Freemasonry of extreme wealth acquisition and thirst for power and world domination by whichever means necessary. In effect, original Freemasonry was taken over, though I should say it went underground and it's initiates are inducted through other worldly multi dimensional means not through the Freemason Lodges all over the world, most humanity exists in the Third dimension but there are other dimensions to which no one wants you to know since you will be powerful beyond measure.

The reason why only a few people can ascend to higher dimensions is that the food we eat, the knowledge we consume, the music we listen to have all been contaminated, and so, we can't be pure enough to rise to higher dimensions over the Third dimension in which we are, and they want it that way.

Although I should mention to these so called shadow rulers of the world that just as the University of Nairobi PhD student giving her thesis on how to develop Africa is non binding, also, the shadow rulers resolutions, the Bilderberg group, Tripartite Alliance, Council on Foreign Relations resolutions on controlling the world are also non binding no less than the University of Nairobi PhD student defending her dissertation on how Africa can develop. First, the earth is spinning at a higher frequency, which means people's consciousness is increasing, and old power is losing grip aka those who say ," Give Control of Money Supply of a Country and I don't Care Who It's President is", and then secondly, initiation into original Freemasonry by other worldly and another space time dimension means means nothing is happening in those Freemason lodges anymore.

Anyway, I would like to see a world where an evil person works for an evil person, a prophet works for a prophet, a saint works for the saint, a creative genius works for the creative genius, a lazy person works for the lazy person, a tribalist or racist works for a tribalist or racist, et al. Money has corrupted the natural laws of the universe and upset it, and that's why we see the kinds of wars and chaos today. Now, apply the lost life force energies in a good person marrying an evil person person, a smart person working for a stupid person, add all this small displacements and when you integrate for these small negative life displacements for all seven billion people in the world, and sum it across the past four thousand years, you get 500 trillion dollars, which is reportedly the wealth of the richest family in the world. Forget about those Forbes world rich list rankings.

And really, the currency of the world isn't the dollar or gold, it is life force energy, and that's why these guys place a premium on the dreamers of the world, the saints, the creative geniuses, the prophets of the world, and that's why there coffers keep piling up each nano second when the energies of these saints, prophets, creative geniuses, are rounded up and chained.

Time To Shift African Politics From Tribe To Ideology.

Name any country in Africa. Dissect its politics. One thing stands out. Our politics is based on tribalism. This is why we are not going far as Africans. Our politicians can steal untold amounts of money. They can main and kill thousands. They can imprison thousands of opponents. But as long as they invoke the tribal emotion in us, they can get away with almost anything. And its all because we reject merit and great ideas for tribe. This is why Africa has been a deathbed for revolutionaries. This is why it is so easy to manipulate African countries. This is how Europe and America have been able to install puppets throughout Africa.

In Kenya, it is always a kikuyu, Luo battle. In Rwanda, before the genocide, it was always the majority Hutu versus the minority Tutsi. In Zimbabwe, it is the Shona versus the Ndembele. In Nigeria, it is the northern tribes versus the Southern tribes. In South Africa, it looks increasingly that it will one day be the Zulu versus the Xhosas.

Politics everywhere is about differences. That is true regardless of country. However, for Europe and America, they trascended petty tribal issues and embraced a politics based on ideology. You have the left wing liberals versus the right wing conservatives. They have entirely different perspectives. But all the different ideas are about making the country better.

In Africa, we need a fundamental change in our political discourse. Petty tribal based politics will not take us far. It will only drag us back, and make it look like we never achieved independence. This would be a catastrophe for us. Read More Articles. Click Here

Who are the leaders that will stand up for Africa.

Who are the visionaries for Africa. Which leaders will take up the mantle for Africa's development. Who will take over from the independence leaders . At independence, leaders who stood for Africa's interests were either overthrown or quickly assassinated by America's CIA, or French and British intelligence officers. Any leader that offered even an iota of fighting for the common African was quickly eliminated.

I have in mind such leaders as Ghana's Kwame Nkrumah, DR Congo's Patrice Lumumba among others. The leaders who overstayed in power were those who were able to sing the tune of the coloniser. I have in mind such leaders as Mobutu Sese Seko of DR Congo, and Blaise Compaore of Burkina Faso.

In fact, Blaise Compaore was a compatriot of the Burkina Faso revolutionary Thomas Sankara. Sankara had changed the name of Upper Volta to Burkina Faso in a bid to localise the name. He had abolished foreign aid from the World Bank and emancipated his country economically from France. He was a threat to France's hegemony in the region and had to go. Blaise Compaore was the man who did the dirty job for France and had Sankara assassinated. Compaore returned Burkina Faso under indirect French rule for the next 27 years he was in power. It never ceases to amaze me that African prophets are always betrayed by their own.

What can young Africans do to promote the agenda of the visionaries and discard the greediness of the traitors to the African cause?

One, we must fight differently. Today's battles will be in the hearts and minds rather than in the battlefields. In the age of globalisation, the threats to Africa are ever more present. The former colonisers have regrouped and are now the new globalists, aiming to subjugate Africa just as their ancestors did. This must not be allowed to happen. Read More Articles. Click Here

Bill Gates and other do gooders will not help Africa.

When will we rise up a people and solve our own problems. One thing should be very clear. No one will solve our problems except ourselves.

No matter how good hearted the outsiders seem to be helping us, they have their own interests. Take Bill Gates for example, one of the richest men in the world. Through his foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, he has poured billions of dollars on Africa. But do you think he does this out of sheer Goodwill? No, he also stands to benefit. For example, one of his pet projects is vaccines. Yet he also a stakeholder in those vaccines. He makes billions from those vaccines. Even then, the vaccines have serious side effects and many African children have died from those vaccines.

Take another area which the Western world believes it is helping us. Provision of aid. Since the 1960s, over a trillion dollars has been poured on Africa, with nothing to show for it. This aid money fuels corruption, and only a few connected African leaders benefit. What's more it's the Western companies, and now increasingly the Chinese, that get the contracts to supply the labour and materials that the aid money will be used for. Our people are denied jobs, and all the jobs flow back to the same aid givers.

It is time we stood up for ourselves. Africa has plenty. If we weed out corruption and greed, there will be plenty for us. Nobel Peace Laureate Wangari Maathai said that there is plenty for us to share, but not enough for our greediness. Read More Articles. Click Here

Racism Against Africans Will End The Day Africans Rise Up.

Picture this. US President Donald Trump calls us shithole countries. Our people in China are made to sleep on the streets by the Chinese because of accusations that we are spreading the virus. Africans and black Americans in general are treated as an underclass in America, 150 years after the end of slavery. Our sisters who go to work in the Arab countries return in coffins. There passports are usually confiscated as soon as they arrive in airports, and they are at the mercy of their employers. Our footballers in Europe constantly have bananas thrown at them, and shown monkey signs even as they score goals for the European clubs.

The other races came to Africa, we welcomed them with open arms. But they abused our trust, and took advantage of us. They made us their slaves. They made us their colonies. They looted from us, and made their places heaven, while our lands remained poor and desolate.

They killed our prophets who stood for us. Leaders like Kwame Nkrumah, Patrice Lumumba, Muammar Gaddafi were quickly eliminated and replaced with puppets who continue to plunder the continent to this day.

For how long will be taken advantage of. First of all, we must unite. We have too many enemies for us to be divided, a divided house always falls. Our unity is our strength. If they are unable to distinguish us, why do we end up fighting amongst ourselves? Why are the northern Nigerians always up against Southern Nigerians. Why did the Rwanda genocide take place, where extremist Hutus killed a million Tutsis and moderate Hutus in just 100 days? Why are the Shona and Ndembeles in Zimbabwe always against each other? Why are the xhosas and Zulus in South Africa not seeing eye to eye? These petty divisions in Africa have to stop if we are to go forward as a continent.

Let's restore our dignity. We built the pyramids of Egypt. We created a civilisation in Egypt that Europeans came to learn from. Our contributions to humanity can never be done away with. Read More Articles. Click Here

The African Union has Failed Africa.

In 1963, just as many African countries were getting independence, the African Union- AU, was formed. It was made up of visionaries and progressives who wanted to see Africa move forward. However, soon after, this was not to be. The AU crumbled.

How can your headquarters be constructed by China and yet claim to be independent? How can your budget be funded by the European Union yet you pretend to fight for African issues. How can the Presidents that constitute the AU be dictators who only look out for each other? How can they abuse human rights and jail opposition members? Just look at what is happening in Southern Cameroon. The army is butchering the English speaking Cameroonians and the AU is silent. The Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is silencing opposition leaders like Bobi Wine and Kizza Besigye, and yet the AU is silent.

The AU must change tact. It is a toothless bulldog that is unable to fight for the rights of Africans. The European Union has already negotiated a rescue package for European Union citizens and businesses affected by Corona virus, and yet our African Union has not even thought of a rescue package for African economies. When will the AU stand up for us. When will it be the continental body to unite us, and fight for our interests? Read More Articles. Click Here

Africa must Reclaim It's Place in the World

Who will lead the change in Africa. Africa needs a complete overhaul of its leadership if its to reclaim its place and sit on the high table of the world. Currently, we are the most hated race in the world.

We go to America, we are hated. We live in the worst neighbourhoods. We get the most lowly jobs at MacDonalds or in old people nursing homes. We are the ones on food stamps and other government related aid. Admission officers in college always expect a sob story from us.

We go to China. We are evicted from apartments. We are barred from shops and restaurants. We are told that we are the reason why Corona Virus is spreading in China. How dumb can this be. I mean, China was the epicenter of the virus, in Wuhan to be specific. How then can Chinese authorities turn round and say that we are the ones spreading Covid 19? African leaders and politicians won't do a thing because we are in their pockets. We took loans from them. Loans which haven't even been able to build substantial projects to improve our lives, but loans which have only gone to make our politicians rich.

We go to the middle East. The only jobs we can get is to be a domestic worker. Our passports are confiscated as soon as we arrive at the airport. Our Saudi or Qatar employers oppress us and give us backbreaking work, and even kill us when they deem it right. We return in coffins yet our governments can't do a thing because we are in their pockets.

For how long will this go on? For so long as Africans will be poor and depend on the rest of the world for handouts, we will never be the masters of our own destiny. We must rise up as a people and reclaim our place in the world. Read More Articles. Click Here

Corona Virus- 3 Key Lessons for Africa.

The Corona Virus has taught us many things. Here are the most pertinent lessons for Africa.

1. We need to develop our public healthcare system.
When our leaders get sick, even catch common cold, they rush overseas. They neglect our hospitals, and eat the money meant to develop those hospitals. Robert Mugabe died in a Singapore hospital. Nigerian President Yaradua died in a hospital in Saudi Arabia. The current Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, jets in and out of London Hospitals. Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni's daughter went to deliver in a German hospital. Why couldn't these leaders trust the healthcare system in Africa? Can't they trust our doctors and nurses, and the facilities in our hospitals?

2. We need to rise up as the African race.
Two French doctors suggested that the Corona virus vaccine be tested on Africans. This is plain racism, why not test the vaccine in Europe and America where the vaccine has caused untold number of deaths. It is time for our professionals to rise up to the challenge and come up with world beating solutions to the problems that ail us. The French doctors said so because we are always in need of help, even to the simplest challenges that ail us.

3. We need Social Protection for the Poor.
The Corona virus may not kill many Africans. What could kill us could be the ensuing hunger. About 80 percent of African population depends on daily wages, not monthly wages. This means that they fend just enough for the day. A lockdown thus means that this vulnerable group will not be able to fend for itself. This is may be why we also need socialism. While capitalism has been known to generate untold amounts of wealth, it has not been able to ensure a fair distribution of that wealth. This means that the Western form of of capitalism may not be the panacea to all our problems. China was able to enforce a lockdown and thus curb the spread of Corona, because it was able to cushion the most vulnerable members of the society. China is a quasi socialist country, and thus we need to relook at the economic systems of Africa.  Read More Articles. Click Here

Corona Pandemic offers an opportunity for Africa to decolonise.

The Covid-19 pandemic has exposed the inefficiencies in the West. Europe and America simply didn't prepare for this crisis. When it ravaged China, they simply roughed it off, instead of making urgent preparations to combat it.
Now, Donald Trump is accusing The World Health Organisation -WHO, of mismanging the crisis. It has even withdrawn funding to the organization.

If there ever was an opportunity for Africa to decolonise, then it is now. Our leaders now understand the importance of developing our countries first. Now, they can't access their favourite hospitals in Europe, America, and Asia. They also can't access the loot which they have banked abroad.

Covid 19 has debunked the notion of the white man's invincibility. Now, they claim that the reason Africans are not getting sick in large numbers is because there is not enough testing.

The wife of Bill Gates, Melinda Gates has said that we should prepare to see dead bodies in African streets. Such premature conclusions are uncalled for.

Now that Western invincibility has been debunked, our leaders must now proceed to create a new Africa. An Africa where they won't have to go outside for healthcare, but they will be treated right here in African public hospitals. An Africa where the path to riches will not be politics and stealing, but through investments and hard-working. When we create an Africa that works for all, then our children will not be risking their lives trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea to Europe, or spend endless amounts of time applying for the American green card. It would be a day to behold.  Read More Articles. Click Here

Africa has to be united to conquer the world.

Picture this. Africa has the most mineral resources in the world. It has arable land that could feed the whole world. And it has a population of one billion people. And yet, it remains the laughing stock of the world, accounting for the majority of the world's poor. It continually relies on aid, even if evidence shows that this aid has curtailed, rather than enabled development.

Africa needs a paradigm shift. It must unite and consolidate together. Sure, the stumbling blocks are many. For one, we speak too many languages- nearly 2000. We are so divided ourselves, how could we ever unite?

The great Pan Africanist, Ghana's founding President Kwame Nkrumah had a vision of one united Africa. He famously said that 'Seek ye first the political kingdom, and everything else shall follow'. He did not live to see his ideals. He was rapidly overthrown in CIA led coup. The West does not want a united Africa. This would pose a threat to its hegemony. This would stop the natural flow of wealth from Africa to Europe and America, that continues despite slavery and colonialism having ended.

The West has to divide and rule Africa in order to continue it's growth. A united Africa poses a grave threat to this continued oppression. If we had one President, currency, passport, and military, we would be able to solve the myriad conflicts in the continent that are too big for any individual African country. Militia groups such as Boko Haram and Al Shabaab would become a thing of the past. Military presence of the French, British, and American forces would cease.

The economic exploitation would stop. Did you know that France requires that each of its 14 former colonies in Africa deposit 50 percent of their reserves in the French Central Bank. French President Jacques Chirac said that without Africa, France would be a third world country. Nothing could be further from the truth.

A slow and gradual integration is what our leaders are calling out for. But what they are not telling us is that they do not want to lose the previledges they currently enjoy. Their countries are their small fiefdoms, where they reign supreme. Since our leaders have failed us in agitating for continental unity, it is up to us as common citizens to take this conversation forward. Read More Articles. Click Here

China must not be Africa's new coloniser.

For the past 500 years, Europe and America have oppressed Africa. It started with slavery where our most able bodied were shipped to the West to offer free labour in European plantations. This formed the basis for industrial revolution in the West. Then, as if to that was not enough, colonialism followed. Here, African kingdoms were toppled and a new European establishment took over. We have since never recovered from the twin sins of slavery and colonialism. Our mineral and human resources were not just taken away, our culture, dignity, and way of life were also profoundly affected, and we have never recovered ever since.

Enter a new imperial power in Africa. China. China has grown by double digits in the last 30 years. It is now the world's second largest economy, and if recent economic projections are to be believed, it could well overtake the United States in the foreseable future. It has fashioned itself as the manufacturing center of the world, and the brand 'Made in China' is visible around the globe.

China needs resources. And Africa has those resources. China doesn't care about good leadership or human rights record. It does business with all and sundry. This has been godsend for African leaders. Dictators who were cash strapped certainly have a new source of income. However, this is detrimental to African citizens. Our resources are being auctioned cheaply. China is saddling African countries with debts that even our grandchildren will not be able to pay. What's sad, key national assets such as ports are attached as collateral to these loans and failure to service the loans, China takes over the key national assets. This is a huge disservice to Africa and must stop. Our leaders were puppets of the West. Now, they are puppets of China. This must stop. Read More Articles. Click Here

Let's empower African Inventors and Innovators.

The Covid 19 has had a new reawakening in Africa. It has spurred a spirit of innovation in this great continent. For example, students at Kenyatta University in Kenya successfully made prototypes of ventilators, and hope to scale this to produce ventilators on a wide scale. In Ghana, masks, ventilators and other devices needed to fight Covid 19 are now being mass produced.

Even for the simplest of things such as a matchbox, we rely on China. Chinese goods have flooded our markets and rendered the African manufacturing sector as null and avoid. And yet everytime we purchase a commodity from China, we are exporting jobs to China.

Worse, we believe that anything that is foreign made is superior to our own. We must protect our nascent industries if we are to rise as a continent. Did you know that Google is banned in China. Instead, they use a local Chinese search engine, baidu.com. Did you also know that twitter is banned in China. Instead, they use a local Chinese micro blogging app, Weibo. This has improved the local technology scene in China, and now China is raring to go to the world.

Our leaders do not have a plan in place to make us a great economic power. We don't know what the conditions are for the loans they sign for. Perhaps, one of the conditions is that we allow the Chinese to flood the African markets. This must stop as a matter of urgency. Read More Articles. Click Here

Africans must restore their identity in order to conquer the world.

If Africa is to rise up, we must reclaim ourselves. We must uplift our culture. We must project our names. Look at China. It doesn't speak English. Yet it has risen from abyss to be the world's second largest economy. If projections are to go by, it is set to overtake the United States anytime now. Yet, it hasn't been westernised in order to develop. Chinese language is the medium of instruction in Chinese schools all the way up to University.

Now, China knows that in order to conquer the United States, it has to spread its culture also. It is now building Confucius Institutes all around the world. In the institutes, Chinese language, Mandarin, the most widely spoken Chinese language is taught.

And yet, in Africa, our elites are essentially European Africans. They are African on the outside, but European on the inside. Development does not equal Westernisation. Our elites have embraced European culture, songs, movies, way of life, education, and this has broken the traditional fabric of society.

In Africa, until we get our identity right, we will be at the mercy of Europeans, both economically, and culturally. There is no shame in being educated and yet stay true to our culture. This is something we ought to think about. Read More Articles. Click Here

Stop the Racism Against Africans in China.

The epicenter of the Corona Virus was in Wuhan, China. The Chinese spread this virus around the globe. How then can Chinese authorities turn around and say that Africans are spreading Covid 19 and kick them out of apartments. How can they block them from supermarkets and restaurants?

And yet, African leaders are eerily silent. The African Union still calls the Chinese people as great friends. Indeed, they, as are all African leaders, puppets. The African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, was constructed by the Chinese, so how do you expect the same AU to criticise China. In a bid to defend China, a foreign ministry secretary in Kenya, Macharia Kamau, has said that the Chinese are basically observing social distancing norms and not kicking Africans out of their apartments.

These African leaders have taken huge loans from China. They have been bribed by the Chinese. Heck! even in Kenya the Chinese Communist Party was at the victory celebration of the ruling party Jubilee at the 2017 elections.

It is time for African to rise up and defend the continent. We have been oppressed by Europe and America for the last 500 years. We will not allow another coloniser in the name of China to continue the oppression. Read More Articles. Click Here

Behind every corruption in Africa, there is a European or American involved.

Corruption has cost Africa trillions of dollars since independence. In China, if you are corrupt, you are shot. In Japan, if you are corrupt, you commit suicide because of the shame you have brought to yourself and the society. In America, if you are corrupt, you resign as the long arm of the law catches up with you.

In Africa however, if you are corrupt, you flaunt your money. You get elected into office and steal some more. Basically, in Africa, the way to riches is not investment and hard-working, but rather through corruption in politics. We could have quality schools. We could improve our healthcare system to cater to the most needy and vulnerable. We could eliminate poverty and make it the richest continent in the world.

Inany African countries, as much as a third of our budgets is wasted in corruption. We are borrowing loans from China at exorbitant rates and bankrupting the future of our children. Yet, the money is not even going to meaningful development projects, but rather to politicians pockets.

We have safe havens in Jersey or Guernsey islands where our politicians can always take their loot. This is also a dishonesty also on the part of Europe and America. How do they preach so much against corruption in Africa and yet it is their own people and banks facilitating the same corruption? Isn't Switzerland built on looted wealth from Africa?

Look at Angola. The richest woman in Africa, Isabel Dos Santos, is an Angolan. She is the daughter of the former President Eduardo Dos Santos. She was in charge of the petroleum firm at the time of her dad's tenure. Yet, it is a Portuguese bank that facilitated the illicit oil flows from Angola.

So, our politicians must stop corruption. But the West must also not be hypocritical in fighting corruption in Africa. It must not aid corruption in Africa. Read More Articles. Click Here

Time to Shift Politics in Africa from Tribe to Ideology.

In Kenya, it is always a kikuyu, Luo battle, and lately, Kalenjin.

Click Here

Can African Businesses also conquer the world?

https://twitter.com/cmabinda
When will Africa have its own Facebook, Google, or Microsoft? When will Africans be rich, not from politics, but from ideas and investments? Right now, the only path to make money in Africa seems to be in politics. Yet this is not the rule in other parts of the world.

In the world, Bill Gates is a multi billionaire despite him not having ventured into politics. He created a computer operating system that runs on 90 percent of personal computers. Another billionaire, Jeff Bezos, started by selling books through his platform, Amazon. His platform now sells all kinds of goods and has made him the richest man in the world, at 110 billion dollars. He is richer than economies of several African countries. In China, Jack Ma, he of Alibaba, is its richest man. He is not a member of the Chinese Communist Party.

In Africa, we have businessmen that have profited from their ventures but they are few and far between. For instance, Nigerian Aliko Dangote is Africa's richest man, through supplying various goods as cement, sugar, and rice. He now wants to create an oil refinery that would process crude oil into finished petroleum. If he pulls this off, then he could be as worth as 30 billion dollars.

Another one is the Zimbabwean Strive Masiyiwa. He founded the Econet Wireless telephony that has operations in Africa and South America. He regularly pays Zimbabwean doctors when they go on strike due to low pay from the government.

These African budding business magnates are few and far between. We need thousands of these. Think about it. Africa is the most problem prone continent. On the flip side, this means that it is also the continent with the most opportunities.

What we need to do is to encourage our budding businesses. Right now, we frustrate them and give all the attention to foreign investors, who flee at the slightest smell of instability. Our budding entrepreneurs will stick it out for us. They will create millions of jobs and power our economies. They will pay taxes, and give revenue to government to provide essential public services. In that way, the whole African economy will be lifted, and we will be a force to reckon with. We Must Create a culture that Upholds us rather than degrade us.

https://twitter.com/cmabinda
One of our greatest drawbacks as Africans is that we have allowed ourselves to be brainwashed. We are now importers of Western culture. Why can't we promote our own culture. Hollywood exists for no other reason than to market America. It's meant to make America a land of milk and honey. Ever wondered why everyone around the world wants to immigrate to America?

We have imported Western music. Our youngster men now sing as gangsters, promoting a gang culture. Our girls sing naked, promoting prostitution. African music, one that was sang by our forefathers, is no longer tolerated. Funny enough that authentic African music is more appreciated by foreigners than by fellow Africans.

In our music, movies and literature, we have to develop our soft power. The battle is no longer in the fields, but in our hearts and minds. We must create our own culture to fend of Western brainwashing, and thereafter, export our culture to show our true selves. Western culture has painted us in bad light.

Instead of Shakespeare, let's replace with Wole Soyinka or Chinua Achebe. Instead of reading New York Times, let's read Zambia Times or Sahara Reporters. Instead of listening to Beyonce or Rihanna let's listen to Miriam Makeba or Angelina Kidjo. Let's create a culture that uplifts our way of life rather than a culture that degrades us. African borders are artificial- Let's dismantle them.

In 1884, European powers set it upon themselves to divide Africa into 54 different units. Under German chancellor Otto Von Bismarck, they set it upon themselves to conquer Africa, and steal all our natural resources. To this day, this exploitation still goes on.

Do you know why many African countries are a mess. Because we were a forced union of tribes. Tribes that had never coexisted before suddenly found themselves under one roof. That is why elections in Africa are a mess because it is always about ethnic competition rather than ideology.
